AP&S Clinic ranks among nation’s
best in cardiovascular advertising
December 7, 2009
AP&S Clinic has been recognized for excellence in cardiovascular
advertising in the
2009 CardioVascular Advertising Awards (CVAA) competition.
AP&S Clinic, Terre Haute’s oldest primary and
specialty care medical practice, was
honored for exemplary work with a Bronze Award for its “Prevention-Cardio” television
spot, created by MillerWhite Marketing.
According to the American Heart Association, an estimated
one in three American adults
has one or more types of cardiovascular disease. Susan Snider,
AP&S Clinic’s marketing
and public relations manager, said, “AP&S Clinic
has an outstanding cardiovascular
department, and it’s crucial that we get the word out
about our services, as well as what
people can do to prevent cardiovascular disease. We’re
honored for this recognition of
our team’s efforts.”
Randy Lucas, CVAA program coordinator said, “It was
a privilege to have AP&S Clinic
participate in this prestigious awards program. Their entry
exceeded all expectations for
quality and excellence in cardiovascular communications.”
The CVAA is the nation’s premier advertising awards
program that exclusively
recognizes outstanding quality for healthcare marketing in
the cardiac and vascular
sectors. Entries were judged by a diverse panel of healthcare
marketing experts.

Ind. and Marshall and Paris, Ill.
